Based ON my experience with this halogen bulb, i cannot recommend it. Although it claims to be energy efficient I didn't see any significant savings on my utility bill. On the contrary, it burned out after only a few months of use, which was a hassle to replace. As someone who relies on tools and home improvement products, I expected better quality from this brand. These are good lamps. They fit better than the cheaper Anyray bulbs I've tried before which had much longer base pins of the same type and could rub against the bezel of my external safety lights. They also burn longer in the winter when I need them more than cheaper bulbs. I use these bulbs and longer Feit halogen bulbs to better light my deck.
