Good seal but replica factory seal prone to failure

Very good deal but replica factory seal prone to failure. Instead, I recommend buying an IABED aluminum block. It's much more failsafe. If you have a mechanic doing clutch work, make sure you replace the thing while it's there. If it starts to leak, the transmission will have to be removed again for replacement. Is it expensive.

Pros
  • Seal
Cons
  • Not sure

Great OEM part! for main line

This is an OEM part. It works as it should - many of these seals last 200,000 miles or more - I have! Be sure to install the gasket with the rubber gasket edge facing out. The seal comes with the edge out - just slide it over the crankshaft. Warning - there are some YouTubers who incorrectly point the edge of the gasket towards the crankshaft. Good luck - replacing this part is hard work!

Pros
  • Replacement parts
Cons
  • Nothing here
