Disappointing laminator pouches

Using this product, our team found that the laminator pouches were flimsy and prone to jamming, resulting in ruined documents. The instructions were not clear and caused confusion during the laminating process.

Terrible Laminator - Update

Bought in August 2019 but this is only my third time using it and it doesn't get hot. I can hear the engine but I'm not warming it up at all. Worthless.Update – The company is very responsive and supports their product. They send me a new one. I'll post how the second works.

UPDATED! Doesn't work properly!

UPDATE Laminated a few more times since the original review and now it just ruins my daughter's cute drawings that I was trying to save :( Always sticks. Only? It's a little more than Been 3 months and can't even return it.I just received this laminator for Christmas but I have laminated 19 pages so far!If you use it correctly I think this laminator is great!I am very happy with my purchase and was initially skeptical with mixed reviews!
