Very comfy for smaller tub

This tub is very comfortable for a smaller size. I have not filled the tub to its highest level yet. No need to. I am 5'5" and can fit comfortably in the tub sitting up with back reclined against the tub and legs straight out. My husband installed the tub, so not sure about how easy it was to install, but do know this manufacturer provided a metal drain connection rather than a flexible plastic one. The tub arrived in a timely manner as advertised. Very satisfied with the product.

Excellent Packaging

The packaging on this tub is top notch. Very thick cardboard reinforced at the corners. The tub arrived in perfect condition, unlike the first one I ordered from a different company. It is going to fit perfectly in my new bathroom.

Excellent customer service and quality product

It’s been a month since we have the bathtub installed. We love how easy it was to install ( given you have the plumbing correctly underneath). My first tub arrived with a chip at the bottom. The customer service team was very responsive and helped me through the entire process to get me a replacement tub. They def stand behind their products to make sure you are happy with your purchase and the quality is great. Highly recommend!

Bad product good for me

I bought this bathtub an in three months it is splitting apart in what looks like in a seam where it was put together so I bought another one the same tub and from the same company because I had to have a box to send it back And Now I’m told I will have to pay restocking fee on the bad one. On a defective product

I cannot say enough good things about this tub, and I waited until I could be certain.

It took five months waiting until the new addition was ready for the fixtures. I went bonkers waiting. We built this 650 sq. foot bath for this tub, in many ways, windows and all. I never expexted it to be so comfortable. I have had some long baths in this tub. Freestanding, the water stays warm with much greqter ease. Done draiining it cleans up nicely. Best Soaking Tub EVER!

I had the hardest time locating a soaking tub for our bathroom remodel. Most of the home improvement stores had them online but not in the store, so I was unable to see any of the tubs in person. The thing about Ebay and this tub in particular: I loved the look, sleek, clean and beautiful, but I was also offered a specific delivery date and time (3-hour window). Space-saving Sleekness

We put this tub in our bathroom to replace a huge, jacuzzi tub that was taking up too much space. We like the size and the sleekness of the design. It’s definitely a tub for only 1 person though and it doesn’t contour to your body like other tubs - but if you aren’t someone who soaks often, I think it’s great!

This tub is heaven.

I’m obsessed with this tub! The only reason it didn’t get 5 starts in comfort is because it’s almost too big. (I never thought I’d say that about a tub.) I slide down into this tub and could / have spent hours in it, just adding in warm water.I NEVER fill the tub all the way. I actually haven’t even filled it half way yet and it’s still great.All of my friends are obsessed and so am I. This tub is a statement piece and looks fantastic in my renovated bathroom.

Can’t find toilet to match. Sad day!

More of a question for anyone, having trouble getting toilet to match? Anyone have a idea on a bright white toilet to match? Since they sit together it’s very noticeable that the toilet is Kohlar whits but not as white as tub. Love the look of tub but can’t match a toilet.

I wanted to leave an honest review so I waited until it was installed and used a few times. This is the best purchase I’ve made on Ebay. Easy to install, durable (my husband used it as a tool bucket during construction) , comfortable and just stunning. I absolutely love my new bathroom and my new tub!

Product arrived damaged in an undamaged box indicating that it went into the box already damaged. Love this bathtub!! I’m not impressed.
