This has made making small batches of 1 gallon wine/mead much easier and cleaner. I used a similar setup for my 5 gallon batches but the ones made for this are too long and too wide. This is a much better option and the tube that comes with it is of good quality. And a bonus for me is that the tube is close enough to fit a standard bottle rack tube so I only need one of these for both setups. The only thing I would change (reason for deducting 1 star) is that it barely fits in some of the jugs.

I also have a larger version better suited for 3 gallon bottles and up. This works best for 1-3 gallon wide mouth jugs and 1 gallon #6/6.5 neck jugs. This thing does the job for a good price. This makes it easier to transfer my kombucha into bottles. However, it cannot be completely disassembled for a good cleaning, and it is not designed for heavy use. Kombucha is hygienically easy to handle. Other liquids (e.g. beer) are not so gentle. Whatever you pour, I highly recommend cleaning them immediately after use. This can help keep material from drying out in nooks and crannies and creating problems for future batches.
