I don't like that I paid close to $250 for a hair straightener I originally thought was in Korea was made. For the attention of future buyers - made in CHINA. and the metal plate on one side is loose. TBH it just doesn't seem to be as strong and quality as my original FHI straightener which I had for at least 7 years before it just stopped working

I bought this because I usually get good results with FHI products. However, this iron was a big disappointment. It is only heated up to 300 degrees (max temperature 450 degrees). I bought this as a Christmas present after bragging about what a great product it is. I had trouble finding someone to help me and of course now it's time to return this item for a replacement. Not a good experience.
