Too big. This is a far cry from the average youth size worn by my 9 year old son (60-65 pounds). It honestly could fit a small adult.

I bought this for my 5 year old. It barely fits my 8 year old, it's too big. The tag says size "small" but "small" definitely starts at a size 10. But it's a pretty cute shirt that will fit at least one of my boys.

Cute Design. The fabric is strong enough. I'm not sure what people talk about smell. I'm very sensitive to smells and can't smell anything. However, they are quite large. My 5 year old usually wears a 5/6 or XS. I thought size S was big but these are big. Let's see if I can make them smaller. Report I paid about $5 for them. So it's okay if they don't. If I had bought them at a higher price they would have been large enough that I would have bothered to send them back.
