Sizing chart is off

Fast shipping but sizing chart is way off, although I bought smalls these run way too large. I used other figure 8 straps before and these by far are the most loose around the wrist compared to other brands. You have to be 100kg plus to be using these straps. I’m a 66kg lifter and I had my 74&83kg friends try these figure 8s and we all have the same opinion. If you have relatively small wrists I do not recommend purchasing these. If you have large wrist I recommend getting the size small.

Pros
  • I use these deadlifting! Best thing I bought!
Cons
  • Very, very, very thick. Hard to maneuver. Gave them to a friend and they loved them.

held 405 with no problems

This was my first pair of lifting straps, i havent gone insanely heavy with them but they stood up to 405lbs with no issue. super thick, overall great straps for the price. the one thing is they do run a little big so if youre iffy about a size fitting you, id go down a size. i got medium and its closer to a large.

Pros
  • These straps are made well, but the sizing chart is way off... So I'd suggest sizing down.
Cons
  • Seem to be a bit too big even in the recommended size, also doesn't grip the bar enough.

Poor Quality Control

The first pair I received was sewn incorrectly and did not match any of the product shots or video. Instead of each half of the figure 8 mirroring the each other, it was sewn as a twisted loop, which causes the straps to dig into my wrists uncomfortably when worn. I thought it was a defect and ordered a replacement. Kudus to their team for shipping out a replacement so quickly—especially during the holiday season, but the new pair arrived with the same exact issue.

Pros
  • MULTIPLE SIZE OPTIONS FOR BETTER FIT - Based around the dimensions of your wrist (Refer to the size chart in the image gallery), we've produced three sizes that are made for men and women in any sport ranging from strongman, powerlifting, bodybuilding, cross training, and other power sports.
Cons
  • Could be seen as a crutch for weak grip strength

Buy a lower size!: my feedback

Super high quality. Very strong material and fit okay. They do fit big though, I’m right in the center of the middle size, but I bought small and they’re still a bit big on my hands and wrists. So I’d recommend buying a size down unless you have massive hands and small wrists.

Pros
  • jus hard sizing
Cons
  • size chart is way off the strap loops are way larger than advertised

Lift heavy good for me

I have a pitched nerve that affects my grip. With these I’m able to do barbell rows, shrugs, anything in the barbell with a pulling motion easier. I’ve bought other stuff from the brand and trust it.

Pros
  • Sports & Outdoors
Cons
  • Could damage barbells or equipment if not used properly

Get the correct size

I love these straps I got large ones but my friend has medium that fit me much better great for deadlifts That's my review.

Pros
  • The Figure 8 Lifting Straps are exceptionally sturdy and durable, ensuring they withstand even the toughest workouts and last for years
Cons
  • Could lead to improper recovery and muscle fatigue if used excessively

Poor quality control - false advertising pictures

Ordered 2 pairs, had to return both. The first pair was the wrong size, the second pair was twisted the wrong way before being stitched into the figure-8 shape leading to a pressure point on the wrist from the twisted part. Additionally, the product image shows the ends being connected at the crossing part but the actual product ends connected at the part where it lies against the wrist, leading to a pressure point from the seam. I will be looking elsewhere.

Pros
  • TOUGH, DURABLE LIFTING STRAPS - Whatever your goal, when you're training and needing a stronger grip around the barbell, our thick cotton strength straps are the most durable strongman and powerlifting Figure 8 straps on the market today.
Cons
  • Could be seen as an unnecessary accessory by some athletes

Good straps good for me

So far the only thing I don't like about them is how itchy they are, but I know that will go away with use. They worked just how they are supposed to, so no complaint there. As far as sizing goes, if you are measuring towards the higher end of a size, just go up one size. The same goes for if you will be using an axle bar, I had both and needed to go up in size. Overall I'm happy with them and if anything changes,I will update this review.

Pros
  • My first time using figure 8 straps and I'm very pleased. Quick and easy on/off
Cons
  • Could potentially lead to overreliance on straps during lifts

Sizing is way off.: my feedback

Size down. Way down. The sizing chart is way off. I got mediums thinking the sizing cart was accurate and even training with an axle bar, it was still off

Pros
  • Love em! Good for double overhand deadlifting and they seem really strong but there also flexible
Cons
  • May restrict range of motion and hinder proper form development
