An excellent and effective tool for saving

An excellent solution to the budget problem. Buy an ND filter for a 58mm lens and use this inexpensive adapter to use the same ND filter on a 52mm lens.

Wrong adapter in box; 46-52 in the box 46-49

The quality of the adapter seems ok but in the box with the 46-49 adapter there was a 46-52 adapter so I had to return it and I lost the ability to take pictures.

Spend your pennies more

This item is a league better than other boost rings and they never stick or stick. I can't tell you how much time I've wasted sticking cheap boost filters to my lenses or to each other. These copper rings are expensive, but you'll never run into any problems, plus they look and feel very high quality.

Handy if your camera uses unusual size filters

Bought because I had a lot of 58mm filters for another camera and just bought a classic camera that uses a seemingly odd 55mm filter. Since I haven't found many 55mm filters yet, I decided on this one. As expected, it looks pretty solid, despite getting in the way of one of my lens hoods, which is part of the lens itself. (Look at that.)

Great little lens "tool " that everyone should have!

In over 40 years of working with many film/digital cameras and as many lenses I have never had to use a step up/down filter adapter. I currently have an Olympus camera and a 17mm lens with a 46mm filter size. How strange! This adapter solves the problem of using my K&F Concept square filter holder and easily includes a 49mm filter size adapter with this new lens! No problem, just wait patiently a few days in advance for it to arrive!
