Efficient Loosening and Tightening with Filtrete Universal Systems Review

I bought this to help me remove old filters when needed and I think it can help around the house. Very durable, good long rubber handle for large filters. Familiar, simple, comfortable design. I suggest this to those who know that removing these filters is difficult and worth it, even if you have no problem now, you never know when you will need them.

Arrived quickly and great value for money. Bottom line, this thing sucks. I used to use strap wrenches, but the plastic would slide down the filter housing for almost 10 minutes before one filter broke. After a while I got another one. I'll get a proper filter wrench that fits the grooves in my housings before I have to change the filters again.

Extremely difficult to use. YouTube videos show people removing showerheads and faucets, but in my experience it's very difficult to grab this strap wrench on tightly secured objects. You need incredible grip strength in your hand to benefit from it. The tape is not mechanically fixed or stretched. All you have to do is press the band with your hand as hard as you can.
