The bowl is dented. The whisks do not reach the bottom of the bowl. The penny I put in the empty bowl was never touched. There is no way to adjust the clubs. The troubleshooting and instructions never addressed this issue. My eggs and butter didn't beat. The dough will not stick to the sides of the bowl very well. I had to finish mixing the cookie dough by hand. I sent the blender back.

I'm a bit disappointed with the whisk. It doesn't fit close enough to the edges or bottom to mix all of the contents. It's difficult to use a spatula to scrape the sides without removing the bowl. It would be nice if the bowl had a handle like some do. It's a bit awkward in shape and hard to grab when you're scraping the mix. Next time I'll try prudence and see if it's better.

Have used the blender several times. It's easy to clean, durable and does the job perfectly for a good price. I use it once a week, I am very happy with its work. If I used it every day I might choose a higher quality product. The only problem I had with the product was the instructions. It contains very little useful information and reads as if it had been translated into English by someone who doesn't speak English very well.

This blender got great reviews so I took a chance. So far it has exceeded my expectations. I use it on weekends for pizza and bread dough. I mixed double pizza dough (about 6-7 cups flour) and they blended flawlessly. I haven't used the whisk attachment, but the whisk paddle works great for mixing meatloaf. While the spatula works well, I just wish they had a flexible edge on the spatula to scrape better. Plus, it does a better job of making dough than my former Kitchenaid master who got bogged
