From the toe of these shoes to the toe shaft is a solid piece of leather. I'm pretty sure they get better with age and weathering, but new ones are a little boring. The fit, feel and comfort are excellent, although I can't say that lightly (I have difficult feet). This is a good shoe that can only be worn for a few weeks before it becomes a great shoe.

These are not for me as too narrow for my feet as my feet are a bit wider than average I think. But if you have narrow feet you should try these as they look good, great quality and overall I think they're a good buy. I'll tell you what I like: Nice and soft leather. This is an attractive shoe that looks great the moment you buy it. But very often evening shoes are too hard at the beginning.
