So far so good. I give it 5* because it's solidly built. Heavier than I thought as it has a plastic frame. Stable 5 wheel stand. No problem with weight limit. Extremely comfortable. Easy to combine. I like the fact that the hands go up. More purple than pink. Pleasantly muted colour. And the white really brightens up that part of the room compared to the old dark brown chair. ideal height.

This chair is the worst chair I have ever had. Hour. My back is starting to hurt. It's very uncomfortable and it feels like the chair is constantly urging me to lean forward. I repeat! This is the WORST chair! I wish I could return this chair! The only good thing is that assembly was very easy. but that's it! I hate everything else!

The height of the chair is great for short people. My height is 160 cm (about 5 feet 3 inches). The lowest chair height allows my feet to be flat on the floor. No need for an ergonomic footrest or hammock under the table. I really liked how it decorated my room and matched my white table. I thought since it's almost $90 it would have a good memory foam pillow but the memory foam didn't even last two weeks. After sitting on it for a week, the memory foam literally left an imprint of where I sat. When this happened, it became unbearable. It's not the memory foam you think it is. I gave it 2 stars because it's cute and rides well, everything works except for the pillow. 10/10 not recommended.

I purchased this item a week ago and it arrived just before the date stated. Great chair and super comfortable. I was having back problems from my old chair and this new item just helped me arch my back while working from home. Very easy to assemble, literally took me less than 5 minutes with the instruction manual (comes with a glove to avoid injury, very thoughtful!). Everything is in a big box. Item and box undamaged.
