Finger Support Protector Gloves Covers Review

I have a form of dermatillomania/OCD that comes and goes when I pick at the skin around my nails. I've tried various ways to control this and finally found these finger covers to be a great solution to keep me from doing this. They're pretty comfortable and come in a variety of sizes (wish they had more thumb sizes). I can see them getting too sweaty but it's not that bad. I would also like them to work with touchscreen devices. Still an amazing product that is helping me.

I almost completely cut off the tip of my right index finger with a mandoline slicer. The ER didn't sew it up, they just wrapped it, which doesn't work very well with this piece of skin that no amount of wrapper can hold in place. I type a lot, my fingertips are blue and sensitive. I searched the internet for a solution, found this and hoped it would work. Works well. My fingers don't hurt anymore. I like that they are easy to put on and take off. I like that they are easy to keep clean. They sell you a pack of 20 which seems like a lot but you need that many because they tear with frequent use. I cut my nails low to minimize breakage. I thought these were answers to my prayers with my cracked, parched fingers, but alas they are not. Due to my job, I have to wash my hands constantly and often, so my fingers were always dry and cracked. Thought I would try them but found they are too tight on my fingers and my fingers are not that big at all. I accidentally broke my hands/nails doing crafts (working with clay to make jewelry). Washing off all the clay to change to another color left my hands completely dry, the clay got under my nails and they cracked painfully. These fingertips are thicker than disposable fingertips. These finger guards work great! They stay put, feel smooth and soft and protect my fingers well from new scratches or cuts. My fingers started choking after a few minutes.
