Runs Small - Swim Nappies

Like other reviewers, this product runs small. I bought a large for my little 8 month old 15lb and it barely fits her. Everything is fine now, but in a month or two she will get out of this state. She's only in the 25th percentile for height and weight, and that squeezes her legs and poor little stomach pretty well.

read review. the best in baby

I have been buying them for 3.5 years and they have always been great but this time they were too big. He's wearing 4T pants, but the 4T is too loose to hold anything in it. I will be back for 3T. These are the only swim diapers I like. (40 lbs, 40 inches, age 3.5, shirt size 4T/5T and pants 4T (sometimes 3T).

Sized by weight for a good fit

I only use these models to teach kids to swim, I take them as part of their training. The tight fit means we know right away if an infant or toddler has "laid an egg". No code allows you to quickly disembark, clean up and return to the water. AMAZING PERFORMANCE For our needs at Good Swim Inc. we buy several hundred pairs a year.

  • Well built

They are VERY small.

These are definitely VERY small! My son is 18 months old and judging by his weight he should be a size XL. I ordered the 3T after reading the reviews here and I'm so glad I did. They fit perfectly with little room to grow. The material is nice and they're not too bulky so they fit perfectly under his swim trunks. Not sure if they still hold urine or feces, but disposables don't handle urine very well when we get them.

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • No show

Great swim nappy - runs a bit small

My 2 year old is petite (22lbs) so I needed a swim nappy that was snug around the waist and legs and it was perfect. It won't be long when she's an adult - there's not a lot of room to grow, but don't buy a swim diaper "with room to grow" as the whole purpose is to prevent solids from entering the body reach . in the pool, but at a low price, it's easy enough to buy another one. Even though we've had several brands of swim diapers that I wouldn't trust to keep peeing while in a car seat (or…

Good for extra protection

They're pretty thick, but that's probably a good thing. My medium sized 4 month old daughter is currently wearing a size 6 to 12 month. For reference, she weighs 13 pounds and 24 inches. My 2 year old son (small for his age) currently wears size 12-18 months. He is 34 inches and 24 pounds. We bought these to use in place of the regular Huggies nappies for extra protection and to prevent pool leaks during swim lessons. We also let my son wear one under his swim trunks. They feel comfortable and…
