This is better than I could have imagined. Last weekend I woke up hungover and very swollen and remembered I had this in my shopping cart a while back. I decided it was time to finally buy it and I can't describe how happy I am that I finally did! It's so nice on the face and neck, cold but not painful, and nicer on it than green and white (if that's important to you). Less than $10 why not?

I used it for about 5 seconds before the roller head fell off and cracked. I thought it was attached correctly. I was very upset as I was excited to try this. I attempted to contact product support for this item to resolve this issue privately but was told the item was not eligible for this service. I tried to leave a review about the seller but for some reason this product didn't show up for me. There is no contact information on the seller's page to contact directly. So I'm writing a review…

I was expecting it to be the size of a face, but it's definitely body size. it barely rolls down my face it's so big. but it's also my fault for not reading it. Other than that, it's a great product and it's definitely easy to use.

I really liked it, used it almost every day. Today I went to use and it exploded in the freezer. For reference, I've been using since March 10th. Today is April 22nd. I would be willing to update and reevaluate the product if the company is willing to send me a replacement.
