I just upgraded my wife's iPad from her previous model. As we already had a Fintie case and loved it, we ordered another one to fit the new iPad. The case holds the iPad securely and is well made and my wife loves that the iPad can be placed at different angles. If the old suitcase hadn't been well prepared, we wouldn't have ordered another one. So since this is technically a repeat order, that should give you an idea of why I gave it 5 stars.

The auto sleep/wake feature ADVERTISED in the iPad Air 4 description does NOT work automatically. Later discovered, the iPad 4 itself has a setting to automatically sleep/wake up when the lid is closed/opened, which works with ANY COVER. This setting for the iPad Air 4 can be found under Display & Brightness - Lock/Unlock - Turn On. This makes Auto Sleep/Wake work with ANY case with a cover on the screen. I bought a sky blue color to match the color of my new iPad Air 4. Very beautiful! It's a cool, icy blue, not candy blue at all. The case fits perfectly but is difficult to hold. I usually read on my iPad and my hand cramps trying to hold it. The Air 4 is slightly larger than the Air 2, which I'm used to holding, so it might have something to do with clumsiness. This is a nice case and feels sturdy but I'm a little disappointed that the pen holder isn't in the right place to charge it. The mount is on the opposite side of the charging magnet strip. I'd rather make it so that the pen slot is where the loading bar is. I guess it's not a big deal (not enough for me to return it) but it's definitely a little annoying considering the purpose of a pencil slot is to keep it secure while charging.

I liked the color and the way it snapped into place. However, there are two major issues that affect usability and durability. First, when you put the Apple Pencil 2 in the slot/holder, it will not charge, even though the product description says it supports 2nd generation pencil charging. Second, poor low durability. I've been using the case for two months, less than normal (due to no travel), and a piece of plastic edging going around the corner/edge of the iPad has snapped off.
