This disappointed me from the moment I saw that the color was not what was advertised. I bought the purple case which is actually a pale and muted purple not too far from mauve. I was ready to ignore it, but the structure that actually holds the iPad has no protrusion and is made of cheap/very hard plastic that doesn't allow for heat dissipation. Like. I bought an Apple Sleeve when I bought my iPad Pro and Apple Pencil, but it's not the most durable to carry or protect my device. This Fintie keyboard case has everything I need. The keyboard was a safe place for my pen, the keyboard was easy to plug in and go, and everything folds up nicely so my iPad is as cozy as a bug in a rug. I feel my device is more secure in this educational product and allows me to take full advantage of the device at all times.

Bought this for my iPad Pro two weeks ago. Has worked great until today. Key A stopped working so I charged it, turned it off and on again. It does not work. I used Amazon tech support and all they could do for me was give me a partial refund, so I didn't refund it!?! What should I do with a keyboard I can't use? What a waste of time with support. Great case for my iPad! I like the look of the case and it protects the device well. I also appreciate that there is a special place to store and keep the Apple Pencil safe. I will say that the corners are a bit worn after a month of use. Also, be careful with the keyboard as the keys are fragile. I once carried it in a pocket separate from the case and two keys popped out.

Perfect color. Ideal for longevity. Perfect in everything. The case itself has a certain weight and doesn't look cheap at all. I would definitely buy it again. The keyboard is smooth, which is good for me as I have small fingers. I go to nursing school so I use my iPad at school and also at work so I use my keyboard all the time. I don't really like writing reviews, but I had to! I just received this case and am writing this review using the keyboard. The case feels solid and the keyboard is nice. The main reason I bought this case was that I like the fact that the keyboard can be removed, the case still holds up well (I have several other cases from this brand as well) and it still has a slot for the Apple Pencil Has. I was very hesitant when I bought this product because I didn't know how good the quality of the case would be with the advertised price.
