One button stopped working after a few weeks
Bought this for my iPad Pro two weeks ago. Has worked great until today. Key A stopped working so I charged it, turned it off and on again. It does not work. I used Amazon tech support and all they could do for me was give me a partial refund, so I didn't refund it!?! What should I do with a keyboard I can't use? What a waste of time with support. I ended up asking for a full refund and will refund it. Now I'm going to the store for another keyboard as I have to work. I am so disappointed with the support and this keyboard.
