It is used to protect the tray from breaking, but it is inconvenient to use in an upright position. At least keeps the tablet clean.

I really like this bag. Design, feel, functionality etc. I've had it for 3 weeks now. Unfortunately, after about a week of use, the corners slowly began to chip for no reason. I have not dropped the tablet or hit it on anything. Plastic corners literally fall off by themselves. I suspect it's because it doesn't fit so the constant pressure causes the corners to crack and eventually chip off.

Ordered a similar item with a keyboard. Fintie's bluetooth keyboard is great. The case is very nice and holds the tablet very well. The only problem, the previous cover, the corners started cracking after about 6-7 months. Cheap plastic. With a different cover, better branded, the tablet came out all the time. So I ordered this one, hopefully the corners will hold up.

I had 3 of these tablet cases. The cases are good, but the inner (left) plastic corners are breaking off, causing my tablet to slide out. Start making the corners stronger.

This case is amazing. I like the quality and the way it is designed. Unfortunately, there are two small magnets on the back. These parts cause some problems when using the S Pen. I ended up removing the magnets with a utility knife. Now it works great. The uploaded photo shows how magnets affect the quality of use of your S Pen. I bought this in July 2018 and now it's 10 months later. In January 2019, the first plastic corner broke off in the upper right corner. In February, the plastic began to peel off. Yesterday the second plastic corner broke off. I am disappointed in this product. I'm looking for another, more durable one.

So it came in the post and was well packaged. The case comes with foam padding inside the tablet to prevent deformation during shipping. When you first pull it out of the plastic and try to open the case to put your tablet inside, you'll notice a slight stickiness holding the case's flaps together. I've had this case for just over 3 months. Upon receipt of the case, I noticed a very strong unpleasant odor that lasted about 1 week. The case fitted my tablet well and I was happy with it until recently when all the plastic corners on the case started to crack, although I had never mishandled the tablet. Now I have to buy another case to replace this one. I do not recommend this case.

This is very good for the right product. Some reviewers may have received this coverage on similar products and were not as satisfied. This is understandable as the numbering of Samsung devices etc. could be better. So check if it is suitable for your device. Overall, there aren't many worthy options for the 2015 device. This is one of them.
