This is a good little spirit level, the price of which (I paid $50) makes it a very good deal. I bought it to level the floor in our garage and using it saved me from some costly mistakes as it revealed different problems than I had suspected with the naked eye. That alone made it worth the price and more and I haven't even used it on a number of other projects we have. Indoors, the laser is strong enough and the line is visible. Not used that much but still works excellent. I received these a few days ago. I'm a self-proclaimed do-it-yourselfer, ie I only work on my home and I'm an amateur, but I enjoy improving my home. I often had trouble aligning things so that the end product was to my satisfaction. I really think this thing will help. I'm currently building a cobblestone walkway around part of my house.
