We have very active 5 year old triplets who rip shoes. I bought 3 pairs of these shoes. They are well made and "hard". hope they hold up. Also, it was nice that they came in different colors so everyone knew which shoes belonged to them.

Very happy with this shoe. They are very light (number 2 priority for my kids) because number 1 is how big they are. And this model opens very wide! My kids are big and fit for tools. 5 Stars!

Made from inferior materials. Lasted about 1 month in a 7 year old boy. Cloths and "leathers" were quickly torn, torn, and generally deteriorated. The Velcro stretched considerably, causing the mating fluffy portion of the Velcro to be out of reach of the barbed mating portion, making the fit too loose to stay on. The strap has been stretched (about 2 inches), so that the non-velcro area landed on the mating part of the velcro when attached. This of course came off quickly as it isn't designed…

Very disappointed. I expected better quality with all the good reviews. One shoe looks like it has been worn, the ring that the velcro goes through was broken and just came out when my child put the strap on. Another manufacturing problem is that shoes can be as tight as the length of the Velcro will allow. If your child wants to tighten the harness they will not be able to do so as there are a limited number of Velcro straps that the harness can be attached to. We also ordered a large child 4…

They fell apart less than 8 weeks after purchase. Initially I really liked these shoes for my 12 year old. He found them comfortable and honestly we were very careful to keep them clean and not wear them to play outside, get dirty etc. These were the shoes he had to wear to go shopping or walking. there are beautiful things.
