Underpowered Welder Causes Frustration

As an Industrial and Scientific professional, I was disappointed with the performance of this welding system. As a result of my tests, I determined that it is severely underpowered and struggled to handle even basic welding tasks. While it may be suitable for lighter industrial use, it falls short for anything more substantial.

Pros
  • Compact size
Cons
  • Underpowered performance

Very fast delivery

Seems to be of very high quality, I haven't been able to use it yet. I figured I could run on a 20 amp circuit. It didn't work, I'm wiring a 30 or 50 amp circuit now.

Pros
  • Durable finish
Cons
  • Damaged

Great welder for $$$

Clear instructions, many more settings than my old welder so there is a learning curve. They give you all the basic settings to get started which is great and this welder can grow up and do a tig and a stick.

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • old
