New replacement screen

because the screen was broken and I received the wrong measurements. I think I missed the ordered iPhone 6 Plus glass, so I take responsibility for that. just needed the right measurements and not broken

Must have some experience before replacing

Very neat, tidy and well packaged. If you don't know what you're doing, watch some YouTube videos first. They need heat, I used a hair dryer. And you need to avoid some areas (2) so you don't accidentally cut the cables. You will see in the videos.

Tried for the first time. None of the tools helped to open it, I had to use the x-akto knife. The tape with the kit wasn't good either. The tape is important because it's what will ultimately hold the device together. My son pushed it after a few days because it popped up and when he did the screen cracked.
