Fisher Price Baby Dome Rosy Windmill Review

This is the second On The Go dome we have purchased. We take it to the beach, to the pool, to friends/family. It's so easy to fold and take. The price is not my favorite but it's worth it.

Bought to go camping and beach for 3 months. Very easy to use and my kid loves it! It's nice to have a place where I can safely take them outside, keep them shaded and protected from sand and dirt. I also love that it's approved for safe sleep!

Very easy to fold and store. Ideal for traveling with young children. The only improvement I would like is for the canopy to fully open. Can only be opened at the front, the back does not fold. Still a great buy. I bought a waterproof lining and sheets as the upholstery is not easy to clean.

I wanted a place for my baby when I was outside and it was perfect. It was very easy to set up and store away and also folds pretty flat so it was great when visiting people. I liked the mesh so I felt it was safe when I needed to take a nap. Can be used indoors or outdoors especially as it has a tint. I would only use it when the child is sitting but cannot stand.

We bought this because our apartment is too small to relax and play and it was a great alternative to napping. It folds up easily and quickly when you need to take your baby to a relative's house, to the park or to the beach, wherever you want a safe and shady place for your baby. I like that the retractable lid lets air through but still provides shade and protection from bugs.

When we were traveling with a baby, this was a great place for her to sleep. It is possible to cover the canopy and darken it completely, even if you need light in the room. Mesh at the hem lets in fresh air. It definitely comes with us as we spend the day outside and it's very portable. Some cons - the lining below is crumpled plastic so I covered it with muslin and tied it with a hair tie at the bottom to make it more comfortable. I use it almost every day for our baby born in May. This allows us to be outside with other children and know that she is in a safe place, away from the sun and insects! She seems happy using it as she can still see through the mesh. When we've got everything closed from bugs, we put a stroller fan on the lip just to make sure the air is still circulating there for them. This is such a useful product for us!
