Makes life easier!

It is definitely easier and less time consuming when used to drill holes for fleece blankets. It used to take me a long time to measure each hole and then punch it. I make a quilt with holes (holes for crochet edging) in minutes. I gave it 4 stars because it doesn't easily go through layers of fabric. I still highly recommend this if you're trying to make fleece blankets with crochet edges. It costs money.

Practice Makes Perfect

I love it when my finished garments have neatly trimmed seam allowances. I painstakingly finished the entire outfit with firelighter scissors, tiring my hands, and the seams often became uneven if I lost patience. These circles are good for creating a more even finish around the body of the garment. I still use scissors in hard-to-reach places. I just have to be careful to lay out the clothes perfectly evenly, so I just trim the seam allowances; It's not as easy as working with uncut fabric.

>> DOES THE JOB

> Works well for my purpose of cutting corrugated cardboard. The 45mm spinning blade is too large to cut through paper or flimsy cardboard that bends or tears easily > I resell printed books and audiobooks after they have been read. I have found that the most economical packaging method to avoid damage is to fold a sheet of corrugated cardboard so that it encloses the four large sides of the book or audio book. The end flaps of traditional cardboard boxes are the perfect size for audio booksโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for seniors
