These scissors are perfect for little hands who love to create. They smoothly cut through paper and other arts and crafts materials with ease. As expected as good as other Fiskar scissors we have but they are so difficult to open and close I cannot use them. I've never had a pair I couldn't use. I have a pair from 1979 and they still work great! Very disappointed with the product.

The scissors came in flimsy plastic packaging but when opened appeared used. They were very scratched. The plastic handle was scratched and had a small dent. The metal was also scratched and the tips of the scissors badly worn. I am very disappointed considering this was one of the most expensive children's scissors.
