The description of this replacement was poor and the lack of a quality picture meant I bought the wrong product. I am attaching a better photo so no one else buys the wrong one.

I like the bar cutter the K knife works on It cuts smoothly and if you place the paper correctly on the cutter it cuts it perfectly every time. My ONLY complaint is that after only a few weeks the edge of the paper starts showing hooks attached to the cut side of the paper. If the blades were titanium they would last longer. Fiskers makes titanium blades for other replacement blades, why not for the K blade? I've been contemplating buying another cutter because I'm going through these…

I had trouble finding this exact blade. I was very pleased that I received it in a few days. In fact, it came 1 day earlier than I expected. The original blade for this paper cutter lasted about 2 years. I've made thousands upon thousands of cuts with him. The metal sliding mechanism extends the life of the torch even for perfectly straight cuts. Blades are easy to replace. Dropped for price reasons. Everything gets more expensive. But the blades are sharp and last a long time.
