Quality sharp scissors for my granddaughters to use

Bought these for my 5 and 8 year old granddaughters. They are at the stage of using cut paper in art projects and are frustrated with poor quality "baby" scissors, but have had difficulty working with my full size pair. They are perfect for them and I don't have to worry about them carrying sharp scissors (and I don't have to fumble for my scissors every time they come to visit)! Highly recommended.

Pros
  • Arts, crafts and sewing
Cons
  • Quick instructions

It is excellent. The glue stick is good.

My 4 year old son has a great set of Crayola scissors. It has no special handle and has a sharper point than hers. But he cut everything with it: cardboard, thin wire, cardboard, paper, fabric, yarn, now of course they are blunt. I bought them for him because of the good reviews but they are definitely not that good. They're "stickier" to open and close, the grip is chunky, and the rounded tip makes them less accurate. I think if this was his first pair of scissors it would fit, but being used…

Good quality, too big for a 4 year old.

I was a bit disappointed that I didn't get the blue scissors but for the price I bought I can't complain. Apparently the seller updated their title to reflect that colors vary. I bought two because I'm a frivolous mom and I usually keep all my "backups" in a nice place. I'm putting these scissors aside for now as my 4 year old daughter's hands are too small for them. I'm not complaining at all because the recommended age to use these scissors is 6 years old. That being said, I need to find a…

Perfect fit for a 3 year old

Bought for my 3 year old who loves scissors and is learning to cut, they are small enough for him to easily use until he is 3 years old old but big enough for several years. It's easy for him to use them properly and easy to cut paper so he doesn't get frustrated. We started with plasticine scissors when he was younger and when his caregiver mentioned how good he was with scissors we decided to buy a pair for our house. Highly recommended and unbeatable price!

Pros
  • Large finger loop and ergonomic thumb loop ensure a comfortable fit for children's fingers
Cons
  • Damaged
