Premium Quality Craft Scissors - Made in Finland

I restore tapestries as a hobby. Most of the time I work under loops, because the work is very laborious and delicate. To avoid accidentally damaging the threads around my repairs, I need scissors that are easy to maneuver and precise. These fit my needs perfectly. They are very sharp, tapering to a very thin point and beveled at the ends. No matter what kind of manual work you do, you will appreciate the excellent quality of these extremely high-quality and precise scissors. And if you're like

Pros
  • Length: 4 7/8 inches
Cons
  • Crumpled Packaging

Quality scissors made in Finland from 2020

I was so sad to lose my Fiskars scissors like these which I have had for almost 50 years. Years. I looked everywhere and reluctantly admitted that I needed to replace them. "Oh no," I thought to myself, "chances are they make them now too." The Fiskars scissors I found in local stores were made in China and didn't seem the same Standard like mine to have. I'm less concerned about where something is made than if the quality is the same, so I searched the internet for something similar and found…

Pros
  • Patented blade sharpening technology ensures a long lasting sharp edge that cuts to the point
Cons
  • Very expensive

Love it! Finland or not!

Fiskars sewing scissors (#5) Mainly write reviews and post pictures so people understand if they're made in Finland or not. The first two photos show how they arrived and I took a close-up of the scissors. The blade is imprinted with "Fiskars Stainless Finland" and the handle is imprinted with "Fiskars Finland". I'm not sure if the imprint on the scissors will convince everyone, but that's all I can say. My friend had one of these scissors lying around and I used them to trim my dog's fur…

Pros
  • Specially formulated Swedish stainless steel blades won't rust or tarnish
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than others
