exactly which is the ability to easily screen share into a lot of Mac minis in a studio rack , made remoting into machines much easier! Works great for enabling the headless use of an application like RealVNC on a Raspberry Pi,Emulator works fine with native HDMI port,allows headless Macs to be accessed remotely at HiDef resolutions. headless PLEX server with a driver hacked GTX 1060 for transcoding. use the 1060 for hardware transcoding,solves GPU without a monitor can cause problems&behavior of the remote desktop as well as issues with the CPU being used for video transcoding instead of the GPU. using it along with a Steam Link for streaming games to my TV. many games will default to a lower than 1080p resolution if no monitor is present. Plug in this and Steam Link will be able to stream at full 1080p. without a monitor is something like 640x400, which is too small to even interact with Windows. connected this display emulator and get 1920x1080 resolution now when remoting into the system!. no drivers or config needed download any software or configure the unraid server just plug in adjust resolution and connect .Works great as intended!have any questions please contact us 24 hours . Nothing special

The package arrived in perfect condition, the components are new and found to work properly when inserted into the HDMI port. However, the use case I applied them to didn't make much of a difference or benefit with or without them. Perhaps there should be a detailed explanation of how to use these components.

Ideal for a headless UnRAID server

Works as advertised. Now my server can run completely headless and allows me to use the Lunar Gamestream without any problems.

Works great for accessories and supplies

Does exactly what it's supposed to do, makes the operating system think there are active displays that allow apps to access the GPUs. Especially good for enabling transcoding.

Used them as stubs for my mining farm and 3060 graphics cards. I run several of these with no problems and can mine at full hash rate.

Easy setup. Just plug in and get started!

Easy setup. Just plug in and get started! We have a desktop that is used to connect to 6 TVs. The room this was posted in is no longer available and we had to make changes to allow remote users to continue working remotely and feel like they still have 6 monitors connected to the desktop. This article solved that problem. Highly recommended.

You need them to transport office PCs

As we're constantly away from home now working out there are all those empty offices with 2-3 monitors that still work (remotely accessible) due to the annoying reconfiguration of your Windows 10 displays when they're off or unplugged, also we've been told recently that the building we are in is going to be demolished in 2-3 years so we are planning to move everything.This will allow us to physically remove 2-3 monitors from each desktop, saving energy…

Works as described to add a virtual monitor to my headless computer

I have NVR software running on a Windows PC that can use hardware decoding to speed up AI processing of motion-activated objects. The problem was that even though I indicated that the security camera was using hardware decoding, the syslog reported that the GPU did not exist.
