I love the device.! Suffering from Restless Legs Syndrome. Deep muscle pain. The device works like a pressure cup. Pumps with different pressure and rhythm. In addition, vibrations occur when pumping, which enhances the massage pleasure. There are 3 pressure levels. Bought 2, very nice packaging arrived very quickly. They came already charged although I am not sure if they are fully charged. They are used by two people, the lowest intensity (out of three) is already perfectly good for a woman. They used them every day, only 4-6 times a day, and only strained them 3 times in 27 days. I have been using these RLS cuffs for about two years now and enjoy the freedom of being cordless. HOWEVER, these Fit King cuffs don't seem to be durable. The buttons on two separate cuffs have flexed (with normal, cautious use), making them more difficult to use and extremely responsive, turning speeds on or off with the slightest movement.
