I bought this for my son to wear at soccer. He had severe pain in his ankles and knees and said it helped him a lot. He has flat feet and his only ankle twists when he's tired, which helps prevent this.

I found it a bit more complicated than I first thought. The product arrived quickly which is always appreciated but the product itself was not what I was looking for. I was hoping I could just loosen it up to fit and fit.

This orthosis is easy to put on and offers full support. The only issue I had was my own ankle sticking out further than normal and the side panel rubbing against it. The best part is that the brace can be removed from either side so I can remove one but still have the other for the support I need.
