June 21, 2019 I installed Fixic on my Dexcom. By June 23, 2019, the entire Fixic including the Dexcom sensor was completely out of order. As you can see from the Dexcom picture it is a recently replaced Dexcom and Fixic sensor. the fabric goes in 48 hours. In the past, when a Dexcom sensor came loose or failed, I called the company and they replaced the sensor. However, since I use an aftermarket patch, they do not replace the Dexcom sensor. Said it came in a 2 piece easy to remove liner, mine came in 3. Every time you took 2 of these off they stuck together. No matter how I did it, they always turned towards each other. It took me over 4 patches to put one on and after an hour it wore out. i left him I suppose it's ugly and all, but it's holding up. I don't think it's waterproof as the counter always stayed wet for hours after showering. After about 36 hours I noticed that my arm hurt and I was hot. A co-worker helped me remove it

UPDATE: Removing these patches when I was using Skin Tac Wipes and still needed the sensor was terrible. I was afraid to soak them in alcohol because I still needed the sensor to stay attached. So I tried using the patch without Skin Tac. They lasted about a week. So I still use Skin Tac on the sensor so the tissue paper sticks to it. This prevents the patch from pulling on the sensor when replacing it. Then I put a plaster on it. Now when I have to change the patch, it comes off my skin more…

Plenti are big enough to cover my Libre sensor and they hold up well. The sensor works well without a hole in the patch. The patch sticks well, may start to peel off the edges before the sensor is done in 10 days but they still protect the sensor as they are so big. I'm trying Skin Tac with my current patch to see if it helps with adhesion even more. I sweat a lot at work and they did a great job!
