You didn't stay. Just being outside made the pavement rise. IT CANNOT BE RETURNED. I bought these hoping to use them kayaking and tried them on 3 times to ensure my skin was very clean when applied. Not only did the patches not stick, one fell into the water and I couldn't get it out fast enough. I've also tried them in the shower. I take cool, short showers and they went up every time. I've also tried them when just running errands, mostly in air conditioners. The weather is pretty mild for Florida this summer, but unfortunately it didn't work out. I REALLY wanted them to work because Freestyle is AMAZING and really helped. I put the patches to a very fair test, but was disappointed every time.
