Love the chair! Fast delivery! As a hairdresser, I'm not good with tools. I read a lot of negative comments and got scared. I found an installation video on YouTube and it helped me a lot! Installment was easy, if I can fix it anyone can. Just take the time and watch the YouTube video. And you will be happy with your purchase, just like me.

I am very disappointed with this product. I like the look of the chair and how comfortable it is to sit on, but unfortunately I won't be able to use it. The pump rod for adjusting the height of the chair is not working properly. The mechanics weren't built in properly, to change the height of my chair I actually have to raise the bar several times by hand.

Chairs are comfortable and look good. However, they were very difficult to assemble and some of the holes did not match, so the screw in each chair would not fit. They also absorb hair color very quickly. I should have known better than to buy white chairs when most of my services involve hair coloring. If anyone has an idea how to remove stains please let me know. begin to unravel. I would not recommend this chair for safety reasons!
