Great job! I received my laptop as described. It came with Microsoft Office for a year and was easy to set up. All components work. Bluetooth connected to my speakers instantly. The wireless connection appeared as soon as I turned on the laptop. The screen is excellent, the speed is excellent. It's very light and the backlit keyboard is super cool. Overall I am very happy with this purchase. A+++++

I like this laptop for its size, touchscreen and solid state drive. One problem was that the processor needed some firmware updates to prevent it from crashing. The durability of a laptop is an important feature. Another minor flaw was that I had to contact HP customer service to get the audio working as it wasn't working when I first got it. So I think it's a good value.

I only use this computer for my studies which consists of Word and my online courses. I have a personal McAfee subscription and had to purchase my own word as well. The 1 year that was supposed to be offered expired just under two months after the purchase of the computer. The computer itself can't even cite a source on PURDUE without freezing. My Word documents freeze and I have to restart the entire computer along with the keyboard not working properly without completely shutting down and…

Product says it comes with MS Office 365. When I received the product, it did not come with MS Office 365. When I checked my order I saw that it took me to 3 different windows earlier. I saw that the fine print says "can ship using MS Office 365" which doesn't match the original/main description (see attachment). I then had to return the product and purchase the more expensive product that comes with MS Office 365, which would be the first thing I would have done if I had known. What a problem.
