The batter stuck to the pan and despite greasing and flouring the resulting product was uneven and difficult to remove. The only positive was the vibrant color, but unfortunately that doesn't make up for the poor quality and performance..

Using this bakeware our team FOUND that it was ideal for making perfectly shaped puddings .The silicone material prevents sticking and makes clean-up a breeze. Its a great addition to any home and kitchen for bakers who love to make delicious desserts. However, it's a bit difficult to handle when filled with liquid batter.
