🪑 Black Plastic Chair with Wooden Legs by Flash Furniture, Elon Series Review

The armchair arrived already open, without ANY fittings. I had to go to Home Depot to buy the correct nuts/washers to assemble the chair. There are also scuffs on the seat itself that I didn't take too long to remove. The chair itself, as I said, is just a super annoying process.

First of all, many reviews mention that there are no instructions with this chair. YOU NEED NOTHING! It comes in two parts, a plastic chair and legs (they are all connected in one piece) so all you have to do is put 4 pieces of rubber in the 4 holes on the bottom of the chair and screw in 4 screws with the Allen key they provide. Easy. It literally took me every 60 seconds to make it. And this chair is surprisingly comfortable and durable!

Not bad for its price. However, assembly was tricky as some of the holes weren't drilled correctly so the legs didn't quite line up. The one drilled correctly was very strong. Definitely a comfortable chair for a basic home office desk. I've thrown a fluffy blanket over mine, it's very comfortable and looks great in the room.

The first order of the chair had no legs. Flash Furniture customer service was great but shipping times for the missing part took longer than returning the item. I finally got a new item and it was easy to assemble. Comfort is what you would expect from a plastic chair. However, we look very modern and exactly what I wanted.

Warning: Assembly instructions NOT included. It wasn't difficult to find out. However, if you're not good at solving puzzles and solving problems, this chair may not be for you. If you're able to figure things out, you should be able to do it. Once assembled it was perfect for what I was looking for - a small living room. Looks sturdy, although no one who weighs more than 135 pounds has sat in it. With a cape on the back and a decorative pillow, it looks stylish and simple.
