Not comfortable and poorly made

Using this product, our team found that the upholstery was uncomfortable and had a plastic feel. The frame and legs also appeared flimsy and poorly made..

Edited Review: Welds broke after 8 months (but great customer service!)

I only gave this chair 2 stars originally because after 8 months of use the welds on the base of the chair broke rendering the chair unusable. I am reviewing this chair after checking the warranty (Amazon has a link to the PDF on the product page) and contacting support. The woman who helped me on the phone was extremely polite and helpful and said the broken welds were a manufacturing defect and would be fixed.
