We ordered 3 of these stools and they turn fantastic! As heavy or even heavier than those we considered in Menard. Menard charged $266 for stools nearly identical to Revain's, and Revain had backs (Menard stools didn't). They are very heavy (and I think they weigh over 25 pounds). I bought two (2) of these to sit in the kitchen on our island. I've had them for a few months now and they work great. The assembly went well according to the instructions. I read the instructions and my friend got ready. We tested them on wooden floors to make sure they didn't wobble and tightened them properly. They fit great, don't wobble and are very comfortable.
