This is the most uncomfortable chair I have ever had. The waterfall feature does not work. It feels like I'm about to fall off a waterfall. The chair seems to lean forward giving me the feeling of sitting on the edge. My legs and hips hurt. No back support. I'm thinking of returning it.

comfortable chair, nice leather. The price is great considering furniture is always so expensive. hesitated due to some bad reviews but had to take a chance as everything has some bad reviews. the man is a tall man / and broad. he's also very hot, but I digress. I like this chair for its solid construction. Very comfortable and attractive. The only problem: My instructions weren't very clear. While. I did everything fine, I can't adjust it like you should be able to. too bulky to take apart and return so it has to be as is which is disappointing. But overall it's beautiful, durable and comfortable, which is why I bought it.

Very disappointed with this chair. The box was badly torn and taped, the screws were missing, and the left lever would not tighten so it dangled. It's flimsy and not at all what you'd expect from a chair that has a 400-pound weight capacity. The seller is very rude and refuses to send us the return and offers to send the parts in for "repair". Not the most comfortable chair. The chair does not support the marketed 400lbs, at 285lbs the air cylinder was junk by the time the 2 year parts warranty expired. After a short wait to contact the seller, the pneumatic cylinder was initially not replaced due to the lack of warranty. I used this chair for 4 days at work where I sit 8 hours a day, about 2-3 hours at a time. I'm already disappointed in this chair. Even though I'm in the weight limit, I've found that sitting in the chair hurts my butt because the padding is sub-standard and the tilt of the chair forces me to sit a certain way, so I don't slip from it.
