The back of the chair is sad, otherwise everything is fine.

This chair just arrived. So it seems ok for now. It's comfortable and adjustable. The only thing I thought was a problem was the backs of the chairs. And this. The back of the chair broke during the time I had it. I don't usually recline even that much or particularly much, but while most chairs can be firm, the back isn't nearly as wide. It took about 5 months before it broke and was weak from the start.

Pros
  • Brilliantly made
Cons
  • No insurance

Good chair, very poor delivery and product information

The box arrived damaged, one side was almost torn off. Several places where the cardboard was torn and several holes were found were found. I will say that the manufacturer packed the contents very well, despite all the damage, the chair itself was not damaged. The delivery of the package was the star's first loss. The second star loss is that there is no instruction manual for the petals and handles. The paddles are so badly marked that it took my wife and I a few minutes to figure out what…

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • There are some nuances

Just not for the name.

Positive - Seat, backrest and armrests are designed for heavy use. Once adjusted it is quite comfortable and offers good support. Unknown - Airlift - time will tell. Looks like everyone else but brand new, offers solid positioning. The bad news is that you can spend hours figuring out the controls as there are no instructions included. Some have graphics to help. You just have to try others. (I still have one, I have no idea what it does or if it's broken.) The base is stamped sheet metal, so…

Finally! Good chair for the home office.

-- February 2019 Chair with no signs of wear. cosmetically like new. the foam is still foaming. is not flattened and shows no joint deformation. You can disassemble the armrests to pull the left-right hinge. Make the armrests rigid or semi-rigid. It's easy to lower the bolt in the armrest bracket. I found out later that the backrest moves up and down. I added shims to tilt the back a little more towards the vertical. 6'3", 240 lbs, thick firm padding in the buttocks. long and wide seat. The…

Pros
  • New to my collection
Cons
  • Minor imperfections

like many others in home office chairs

chair received on time. My son put a chair down and said it was easy. Of course he has done that for me before. If I looked at the instructions myself, I probably would have put some effort into it. I work both from the office (2 days) and from home (3 days). I usually work 10 to 14 hours a day. Last year it was really crazy to the point where my sciatica reactivated and I was limping getting up from my work chair, my hips, back and hamstrings aching. My employer bought an ergonomic chair for…

Pros
  • great product
Cons
  • almost everything is there

heavy and very well built except for -ONE WHEEL- GRRR!

this chair is HEAVY, almost 36 kg. If you have a wooden floor, no problem. However, if you use it on carpet, you should definitely get an office chair mat. Without this mat, you will have a hard time rolling this beast. Everything about this chair is designed to last, even with heavy use. It took a little longer to assemble than a standard computer chair, just because of the weight of the parts. I was really impressed with the thickness of the metal parts used. The pillows are very dense, at…

Pros
  • Something above

  • sad packaging
