    Broken Expectations!

    I followed each step carefully, rubbed alcohol on my vintage plates and artwork, used the correct size slices on the right plate, let them dry for at least 24 hours, and even moved them around to ensure a good connection. But what do I wake up to at 4am the next morning after hanging my vintage plate on the wall but it was a broken mess!     Nothing But The Happiest Picture Hangers

    I previously purchased this item from AC Moore, originally looking for white spring grip dish holders but needed an alternative as they were out of stock. Instead, I bought these adhesive discs for 4 plates. They worked great and displayed my utensils without the protruding claw hooks.     Initially I was very happy with this purchase. I followed all the instructions and gave plenty of time to dry. I had four plates in the set and they looked beautiful. It was May last year. This morning I heard a knock. The panels hung vertically side by side, the bottom panel fell off and the disc is still hanging on the wall. Miraculously, the record was not damaged.     I was so nervous about buying these as I was afraid they wouldn't hold my cymbals. I have travel collectibles and one of them is a heavy record from Costa Rica.     I used it to hang some plates on the wall for decoration purposes. I waited a long time to look through them as I've read many times about people's plates falling and breaking on the floor.
