🌊 Clear Flex Tape - Rubberized Waterproof Tape, 4" x 5', 2 Pack Review

If you want to glue something, use flexible tape. I use other brands, they have a lot of ads for them but they let me down, don't stick to everything. The flex tape literally sticks to you so be careful when using it, don't get tangled in the flex tape haha. We've used it on leaky pipes and dog toys where the filling has leaked out.

I found that this product does not store well. I used up about half a roll when I received the order. The other half was stored in an indoor work box. When the second half was needed, it was almost impossible to remove the top layer of the substrate. The bottom layer is still easy to remove, but the top layer took forever to remove. There are competing tapes from 3M and Gorilla that offer better value for money.

Tried this on a hot tub cover which I believe is vinyl. It doesn't stick - it just falls off instantly, even after hours of clamping, it immediately slips off and no longer sticks. I looked at the packaging and it said something about vinyl problems and other stuff. Incompatible products are not mentioned anywhere on the order page. Got a full refund from Revain but this stuff is sold under deception.

After much research I decided to use this tape to cover small holes in my camper tent. I had previously used tape for a van tarpaulin which peeled off/peeled and when it rained water started to seep through. I was thinking of gorilla tape but this tape is rubberized and UV resistant. I was vacuuming the 33' x 18' x 52" above ground pool we have and must have made a hole in the liner with a piece of vacuum broke .The next day I noticed the pool had sunk 4". I refilled it and by the morning of the 4th it was under the skimmer. Luckily I found the leak and my daughter dived in and applied a piece of clear flexible tape. We ordered this tape for our trailer shop after borrowing it from someone in need. We deliver to many hard-to-reach places, mostly in the countryside, so a roll in any truck helps with rips and tears; Wrap up a leaking hose until you get to the nearest location to fix it; Seal the end of something to keep out moisture etc. This is a great all round product and easy to use and store, but you usually have to cut it carefully, especially if you are making more than one wrap. but that's really the…
