FlexCraft 27412 NL1 Connector Stainless Compression Review

Just installed this morning and the toilet water line fits and works great. Replaces one that was too long and looked unsightly and out of place. Excellent product, the exchange took less than five minutes.

It was a bit difficult to get it in where I needed it, but that was due to the narrowness and not the product. It is well connected, has a good right connection and is flexible enough. Just what I needed :)

Recently replaced a toilet in my 25 year old house. The new block is ADA compliant, meaning higher than the old one. The length of the old pipelines was hardly sufficient. Working on the old block, he hasn't been anywhere long enough to work on the new block. I needed a new 3/8" x 7/8" x 24" water supply line. I couldn't find one locally that lasted that long, but found it online for a great price. Easy to install.

This thirsty guy transfers water to a point no more than 30cm away to wash away your bodily wastes. If its size fits your existing installation (which it almost certainly is, if you're reading this), it's easy to install. Looks great when you have visitors who tend to say things like "Is that a stainless steel toilet hose?" Why yes I think! And when it leaks after 27 years, your spouse probably won't say it's your fault for buying a cheap plastic hose.

This connector is good and does the job. It was pretty easy to install, the size is standard and the connection is tight, no water can leak thanks to the pre-installed washers. You also get two spare discs that will come in very handy in case the old ones wear out. My main reason for buying it was to have a flexible hose that was easy to bend if needed. Since I had to install a bidet, this flexibility was essential. It's 12 inches long but if you put the bidet in it needs to be a bit smaller…
