You get what you pay for I guess. Couldn’t have expected anything more than that. I only needed it for an MRI, however most of the pieces broke as soon as I tried to put them on, pretty cheap, not sturdy whatsoever, such a waste. Some of them were hard to put on too, the tip was too sharp and hurt my ear. I had to bend the horse shoe one to fit my ear since it was the only one that actually fit my piercings.

Pretty small earrings but they worked fine for my MRI. Disappointed that they sent the wrong size gauge for a couple of the styles. I didn’t need to use any of the nose rings but those were even smaller than the earrings.

So comfortable I wear 24/7. I have not worn any metal nose rings in 5 years, and won't thanks to this brand. That's my review.

I was missing about half of the products. I just did not want to go through the hassle of returning. Also, incredibly difficult to get in the nose because the tip of the nose ring has sharp plastic that cuts the skin. OUCH! Nope, not a fan for life.

I have 18 piercings. A couple of which are pretty fresh still. I was starting a new job and did not want my holes to close so I got these because it had literally everything I needed. The price was very reasonable for the amount of jewelry your getting. They were sturdy and comfortable I would order them again for sure.

I needed these to replace my normal jewlery for an upcoming surgery.The tips on every piece are sharp or snagged. It seems as if they were cut apart by dull scissors.

The 20g studs aren’t flat or round, but have a cone shape to them. It feels weird but the rubber backs seem to stay on well. I would’ve liked them to be smaller for my cartilage as it’s a bit crowded. The 16g tragus stud is nice. I might switch to the curved barbell. Overall not super invisible to the eye, but it does it’s job for an upcoming surgery. I was glad to find a set that had everything I needed for $10 vs having to by multiples with tons of other rings I didn’t need.

Product was great! I was afraid the stem would be too flexible but it was firm and easy to insert. This was my first time changing the jewelry since piercing. It is slightly smaller than the piercing jewelry.

My new manager was down my back about my nose ring and when I tried to take out my original stub I got a keloid I told her she had to wait but when I finally got these In the mail she was satisfied. I switch between the l-shaped colored ones and the clear l-shaped for work and school but overall they came in handy

I really liked the varieties that they supplied in this deal! The one thing I have to complain about is the nose piercing! Its too small ! They pop right out ! But other than that im pretty happy with my purchase ! Now they do have different sizes for the nose piercing, however the stud is the shortest ! Or it may just be my nose type , who knows 🤷🏻‍♀️.

I absolutely love these nose rings! I bought them because I was having surgery but I plan to only wear these now. They are so comfortable, it’s like it’s not even there. I love how tiny the stone is but sparkles.

I appreciate the wide variety in colors and styles but many of the pieces I got have a sharp little piece of plastic on the end. I usually just file it down but I’ve definitely given myself a few bloody noses when I didn’t notice right away.

Couldnt wear facial jewelry at work but boss was okay if I just wore clear/flesh colored retainers so I bought these hoping they'd show up fast. They did, and weren't super hard to put in (I used the septum retainer and a flatback) and they look good. The material isn't causing me to react weird, and everything was packaged very nicely.

I'm super sensitive to metal- tried having my nose pierced years ago & it was itchy, keloiding, and wouldn't heal.This time I pierced it myself (with a sterile piercing needle & all the precautions) & used one of these. The difference is amazing! No problems whatsoever. I even forget that I have it in & it looks cute, too. Definitely recommend.

These are great! I wore these in the hospital during labor and everything fit nice and worked perfect. **WARNING. DO NOT USE THESE NOSE RINGS. they have such a sharp edge, you can barely fit it in your nose and I had to cut mine out!** Everything else is perfect tho!

Received my item on time today for my appointment tomorrow where I was told absolutely no metal. Added a before and after picture with my own earrings and then with the plastic ones. They are indeed 20 gauge and went in perfectly. On my ear where I have 8 piercings, the top 4 I got back in April and the top five in general have not completely healed.
