Not good but not bad

It’s okay for the price but think I’ll have to return it. My fingernails won’t stay but I kinda know how to maneuver around that. But then the rubbery part start to slide off & it was my first time using it 🤦🏽‍♀️

Pros
  • Beauty & Personal Care
Cons
  • The nail tips are too easily removed, reducing usability

Great Product good for me

I’ve never done nails before and honestly this practice hand has been so useful. It’s easy to use abs can basically move in any position which is great for trying to find the perfect position. I definitely recommend for you to buy it to practice.

Pros
  • the hand looks great but it did not have the free 100 tips as it says :/
Cons
  • The hand does not have a solid base, which makes it unstable and prone to tipping over

Awesome and affordable

Easy order. Very quick shipping (arrived two days before expected). Product works very well for training. It has very large nail beds which is great for practice. Be careful when using forms as the nail beds can lift when applying. Make sure to buff the nail beds or application will lift just as with any nail. Overall best bang for your buck.** It’s also incredibly entertaining to curl it and wave it at, say your bf for example, whilst quoting "It’s my strong hand.” 😂😂

Pros
  • Perfect for those who cannot find a human model to practice on
Cons
  • The hand is too lightweight, and it becomes unstable when in use

Ok value for beginners

This is good for beginners but it’s easy to get frustrated. tips don’t stick to the nail beds so using forms is the way to go. The nail beds are huuuuge. nothing like real peoples nails. When filing the nails the finger tips tend to slide down and off so there’s that too. overall it’s ok for the price but I would recommend something higher quality and more hand-like (silicone) for anyone who wants to practice anything like application at cuticle area for example

Pros
  • Provides a realistic, hands-on experience for practicing nail application techniques
Cons
  • The hand feels artificial, hindering practice in comparison to real-life situations

Does its purpose best in my review

The hands does what it is suppose to do. The base nails fall off with the silicon on the finger tips so I take them off. However the clamp wouldnt clamp so I ended up using hand on table.

Pros
  • The base nails fall off with the silicon on the finger tips so I take them off
Cons
  • The hand is not durable and easily cracks or breaks with use

good for practice: my feedback

imo this is nice to practice with but i have an easier time on a real hand. sometimes it was hard to get the tips to stick to these fake nails, i buffed with a drill and buffer and added the dehydrator and bond and would choose a slightly bigger nail tip to get it to stick easier. kds nail glue, make sure to get air bubbles out between nail tip and nail on the hand as you would on a real hand! also if you have trouble getting fake nail to stay in finger try pushing down on it as well as pushing

Pros
  • Enables users to easily and quickly learn application techniques without causing damage to a real hand
Cons
  • The hand might not be sturdy enough to withstand regular use, making it a poor investment overall

Practice makes perfection

I bought this item so I could practice lying acrylic but the problem I’m having with this is the nail are not stay to the nail so I seen in another review to that someone’s had use hot glue to put the nail on and that I will have to try.

Pros
  • This model hand is made of sturdy, flexible ABS, and its size is the simulation of human hand.High quality flexible model hand for nail art practice.
Cons
  • The flexible hand is too pliable and not stable enough to work from

Great for beginners

Hand is great ! Fingers seem to detach easily but finger tips are easy to re-attach if you watch how to videos ! Only downfall is how easily hand is ruined my e-file .

Pros
  • Good product.
Cons
  • The nail tips are not securely attached to the hand and easily fall off

Decent product for practice

Great work practice but need to be file for adding tips. Also requires large tips. Sometimes the nail will fall off of moved too much

Pros
  • Foot, Hand & Nail Care
Cons
  • The hand is not a realistic size, which makes it difficult to replicate actual nail designs on real people

Need clear nails option too.

The only issue I have is that only the Brown nails are available. I would like to have the option to buy clear nails as well to practice my clear designs. It is very ugly to practice clear designs on Brown nails because it definitely shows through.

Pros
  • It was just as described..and it's great for someone who just learning how to do nails.
Cons
  • The plastic material looks cheap and poorly made

Good but not great for my opinion

It’s great for beginners and it’s the exact one we have at my school. "Nails” are very hard to clip so I have to just file them down and they pop off too. Still, it’s pretty good for what you paid for it

Pros
  • It can be re-use, great for nail art practicing. The hand can be detachable with the hand finger replacement refill nail tips.
Cons
  • The hand is not ergonomically designed, causing strain and discomfort after prolonged use

i like this hand but it falls apart alot more than i thought it would. but overall i would still recommend this hand. only downfall is the screw to hold it in place . u have to have the right sized Edge to screw the hand on to .

Pros
  • 16.1 x 9.13 x 1.97 inches; 1.72 Pounds
Cons
  • The hand is not sold with nail glue, making it necessary to purchase separately
