This product sucks. It did not work. He didn't have enough strength to push the rubber boot off the car. This is the only reason it exists. Straighten the constant velocity joint rubber boot. I have a two and a half inch spread at 140psi. 200 dollars. Ouch. I threw the box away and don't know what to do with it. This is a big hard scam.

This tool combined with Flexx covers (3001) allowed me to keep the original axles on a 1984 Mercedes W123. I can see this being useful with stock axles, but Mercedes axles can't be fitted without special tools, so being able to easily change boots is a big help. I had some issues with the first tool but the company was very responsive and helpful and resolved it quickly.
