I hung them on the wall with command strips, they look black in the picture but up close they have a dull dark brown expression. Managed to place them in less than 1 minute. I love her! Will buy more!

The shelves seem to be of good quality and I like the color. But putting them on was a nightmare. The instructions are literally pictures and the drywall screws were of the worst quality. We ended up finding a few others that we already had and used them and they worked amazingly. So better buy self-tapping screws.

Very attractive shelves. Love the fact that they have sides to keep things from sliding off, which is very important when you have cats who like to knock things off any flat surface. They're relatively easy to install, but you'll need to be very precise with your measurements or the screws may not fit in the slots. Thank goodness the kit comes with plastic wall anchors along with screws. You'll definitely need them when you're installing drywall shelving and can't find a wall stud!
